Инженер-технолог: подключение/монтаж/ПНР

Responsibilities:

• Working with Clients to identify and address design parameters and problems; develop and implement innovative solutions
• Produce pre-commissioning philosophies / scope of work documents at the start of the project to define the work scope
• Providing specialist skills and knowledge in key areas such as design codes, legislative requirements, and current good engineering practice
• Independently assess, organise and prioritise work
• Responsible for production of deliverables, which may include design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions
• Oversee onshore and offshore testing as required
  • From subsea to topside: umbilicals, structures, flexibles, tie-ins, pull-ins, topside completion, valve operation
  • Following design, fabrication & installation part of the project: from conceptual bases to full installation offshore
  • Providing engineering to design, calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, study reports and evaluation, various 3rd-party submissions.
  • Issuing technical documentation, accepting personal responsibility for its adequacy.
  • Design and detailing in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design Guides, Client Specifications and Scope of Work.
  • Work with associated subsea related disciplines and manage the interfaces within a project environment
  • Interface work with different parties involved in the project
  • Produce technical specification and philosophies to define the work scope.
  • Investigate / introduce new technologies to improve schedules and increase safety.
  • Onsite / offshore management of subcontractor at fabrication sites and vessels.
  • Participating in tender process: by producing scope of work, with technical evaluation and budget costing.
• Onshore / office: Compilation of engineering procedures, manuals, quality plans, interfacing between different parties/subcontractors, HAZOP / HIRA; mobilization; site visits; control of design and fabrication of flexibles and umbilical flowlines, subsea structures.
• Offshore completion: Lead engineer: umbilicals, flexibles, structures, spools, bundles installation, tie-in, tie-back, topside pull-in, valve operations, commissioning vessel and platform activities.
• Commissioning procedures for commisioning of the subsea system including risers, umbilicals, control system, subsea wells and subsea storage tank, through to production and oil offload to tanker.
• Preparing and review Commissioning Operational Test procedure.
  • Update punch list and validate the punch list item clearance
  • Preparing completion records (check Sheets) before Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
  • Review the project technical documentation and the client requirements
  • Update punch list and validate the punch list item clearance
  • Preparing mark –up P &ID for commissioning procedure
  • Co-ordination with other discipline engineers for preparing the procedures
  • Preparing and getting signed off Discipline Mechanical Completion certificate (DMCC), System Mechanical Certificate (SMCC), Ready for Commissioning Certificate(RFCC) and system Turnover Notice(STN) from the Client.
  • Involve Daily meeting for commissioning, Hook-Up, E&I activities development
  • Preparing the pre-commissioning, startup and hand over procedure.
