Discover the World Marketing Russia is looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Manager for the hotel chain.
Job Description:
This role will have responsibility for managing a broad geographical sales territory. Sales Manager (SM) will manage and maximize revenues and profits from assigned major accounts and territories through a combination of robust account management, business development and consultative selling skills.
Job Requirements:
- Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned territory (Europe)
- Build and develop strong relations with key players on the market (Tour operators, corporations, group operators, boutique/luxury travel agencies, MICE companies ect)
- Manage and develop existing clients’ portfolio
- Liaise closely with Client’s worldwide offices
- Indentify new business opportunities and drive maximum revenue out of them
- Arrange, coordinate and escort Clients Sales missions and other industry events
- Creation and fulfillment of annual sales strategy and sales calls plan
- Regular sales calls to the key players on the market, product seminars, presentations
- Implement marketing activities on the market to generate revenue (e.g. email shots, press releases, contests, ect)
- Conduct regular market analysis and identify new trends that can create additional revenue streams
Qualifications and requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and personal relationships with key travel trade market players
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to close the deal
- Able to organize and prioritize within a demanding environment
- Proven report and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially within Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on own initiative, and within a team is essential
- English (upper intermediate level or higher) is a must
