Symrise Russia is a part of the big Symrise family, performing successfully as a professional team of inspired people. We are located in Moscow (sales and administration office) and Rogovo Plant (flavors production).

To strengthen the local team, we are looking for the new colleague to join us as Intercompany Procurement Specialist.

In the role of Intercompany Procurement Specialist you will be doing the following (however, not limited to do more):

• Order processing

• Order Management

• Shipment Management of the intercompany orders from production warehouses in Germany and UK

• Inventory Management, forecasts and planning function

• Claims Processing

• Building interaction with sales managers and the supply chain to ensure clear and prompt reporting

• Understanding of the customer requirements and actively communicating them to the supply chain

We expect our successful candidate to be able to demonstrate the following competencies, which are critical for the role:

• Team player capable to stand on the interests of his function in cross-functional meetings

• Critical thinking
