Overall Purpose of Role:

We are seeking to recruit a Web Designer to optimize the website of an international firm and various web design needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast moving and dynamic team and to work with industry leaders.

Responsibilities:

Design for company marketing materials including web pages, banners, emails, digital advertisements matching industry standards
Able to analyze given content and develop designs that are both attractive and communicative to target audience
Stay current with latest web trends, technology, tools and usability best practices
Understand the creative process from bringing concepts to producing final output files
Attention to details is a must!

Qualifications:

3+ years working experience in web design
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Working experience of After Effects & Premiere Pro is a plus
Understanding of web development such as HTML, CSS, jQuery is a plus

Terms and Conditions of Employment:

Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day, with 1 hour lunch break, 7am to 4pm Moscow Time
work online from home / remote
communication through Skype
must respond to Skype messages within 15 min during working hours (except lunch hour)
pay day is within the first 10 days of each month
work contract will be signed (with starting day but no end day)
3 months of probation period
