Responsibilities:

Bank accounts management and control for group of companies incl currency control;

Execution of ruble and foreign currency payments through the Bank-client system for the group of companies, control of execution;

Analysis and examination of contracts with banks, tariff optimization and covenant;

Reduction of financial risks;

Formation of sets of documents for monthly, quarterly and annual bank monitoring;

Execution of Bank guarantees;

Organization of timely receipt of loans, accrual and payment of % on loans;

Automatization of Treasury processes to reduce "manual" work;

Work with credit institutions;

Monitoring the execution of payment calendar;

Reports preparation to CFO, CEO;

Salary project management;

Control over fulfillment of obligations;

Cash settlement for the group's companies in Russian Federation and abroad;

Currency and interest rate risk management;

Treasury policies preparation;

Support Finance Team with different tasks.

Requirements:

Higher education in Economics / Accounting / Finance

Experience as a Treasury Manager at least 5-7 years

Good knowledge of banking products (including cash management tools)

Communication skills

Experience in attracting public funding (desirable)

Advanced English

Experience of work and interaction with the largest banks, Russian and International

Proved experience in tender set up for banks selection

Proved experience in new banks set up from scratch

Proved experience in tender set up for deposit placement within Russian and International banks

Project Finance experience

Investment experience

Experience in syndicated loans and equity financing (preferably)

M&A transaction support experience

Strong analytical skills, experience in building and testing financial models

Knowledge of Oracle, 1C, bank-clients system

Team worker.
