Participate / administrate of Sales Planning
Contribute to build the sales plan in collaboration with Sales Management and support its consolidation by revenue type, industry, geos, brands in collaboration with Corporate Planning team.
Territory Management
Manage territory changes, including international agreements requests and implementation, and control associated revenue re-landing if any.
Define / update DSONE Territory for Business Transformation (BT) Customers / Identified Prospects as part of the TARGET process.
Forecast/Pipeline management
Conduct the business review and build dashboards (key deals wins, …) and specific dashboard from GEM Sales.
Reinforce connections to 3DS ecosystem teams to follow strategic deals, anticipate main issues, capitalize on blossomed information and connect with possible escalation process.
Monitor Pipeline:
- Drive current quarter and Q+1, Q+2, Q+3 pipelines
- Follow Pipeline contributors’ performance (Marketing, AP&C, C&SI, Sales Initiatives…)
Build and monitor leading metrics to track execution and success.
Risk assessment and mitigation plan definition.
Manage ALC/YLC renewal and deliver visibility on pending renewals.
Ensure resources follow-up to time track activities.
Sales Execution
Ensure appropriate LEVERAGE process execution (from sales LEAD creation to OPPORTUNITY closure) and LEAD/OPPORTUNITY pipelines consistency through sanity checks in DSX Client sales.
- Opportunity creation
- Opportunities execution in line with LEVERAGE process
- Site creation request management
Lead each step on the V (from LEVERAGE process) from the Customer Engagement & Negotiation Board with the SBA team to Business Value Meeting with R&D and Services Business Review Opportunities (ORB)
Ensure consistency and alignment of DSX Client sales, DSX Client Order, OCRs.
Support Brand and Customer transitions (following acquisition for instance).
Review and support escalation of critical SBOs (Special Bid offer) through the process of compliance (e.g. High Management Attention).
Sales Compensation Plan
Support distribution of the sales incentive quotas and get sign-off ON-TIME.
- Sales Compensation Plan assignment
- SCPA assignment defined on opportunities regarding the LEVERAGE process
Support Sales Compensation Planning team to compute and validate the results.
Sales Coverage
Support Geo Sales Management to define Sales coverage in line with Industry priorities.
Prepare SBO (Special Bid offer), PO, LKO (license key order) to support BT channel
Education Level
Master's degree
Years of Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in an international company, preferably in the software industry
Skills
Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency in data analysis
Good technical acumen and proficiency in CRM systems
Understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting and pipeline management
Very good communication skills and ability to interact with business leaders
Ability to deal with multiple topics at the same time in a high-paced environment
Fluent English
