Responsibilities:

Work in the field of HSE in accordance with international standards, corporate requirements and requirements of Russian legislation
Supervising contracts in the field of HSE activity, providing reporting documents
Management of contractors in the process of obtaining services (special assessment of working conditions, etc.)
Control over the timely training of employees on HSE issues (in accordance with Russian legislation and corporate requirements) in accordance with annual schedules, organization and supervision of the training process
Collaboration with the sites, checking logging, writing recommendations
Design, develop, and maintain HSE Management System in accordance with Group Instructions
Identify and update periodically the list of local applicable legal and other requirements in terms of HSE and guarantee the compliance with them
Verify by means of periodical inspections the suitable conditions in terms of HSE of offices, workstations and other workplaces, according to local laws and applicable standards, interfacing, if necessary, with Facility Department, Landlord and maintenance services providers
Elaborate the HSE training program for Company employees according to laws prescriptions and Company HSE training requirements
Coordinate the responsible persons for Health, Safety, Fire Fighting and Civil Defense
Represent the Company in case of HSE third party inspections assuring the full assistance to public authorities, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on HSE Issues
Develop and implement an Emergency Response System/Procedure for the offices, as prescribed by applicable law
Define and coordinate the Emergency office team
Planning and executing the internal HSE audits to verify the compliance with HSE Management System and to verify the legal compliance
Conduct the HSE system Audits at project Sites
Elaborate periodical reports with HSE statistics/KPI’s according Corporate’s instruction
Elaborate detailed reports in case of Incidents, Near miss, Environmental Accidents. Conduct relevant investigations and follow up
Collaborate, when necessary, with external HSE services providers/consultants
