Education, experience and skills requirements:

Higher education (Russian or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering
5+ years work experience in the valuation (involvement in valuation projects for banks)
Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: ASA, RICS, ACCA, RSV (Russian statutory valuation certificates - SMAO, ROO)
Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of valuation theory
Proven experience in coaching and leading project teams of between 1 and 3 people
Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of electronic presentations using MS Applications
Preparation proposals, presentations, information MEMO
Practical working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to structure and build complex financial models / business plans
Knowledge of general valuation principles and standards, specifically IFRS, IVS
Knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically IFRS
Strong numerical & financial analytical skills and knowledge
Russian – native/fluent, English – Upper-Intermediate (both oral and written)
