We are looking for an eCommerce account manager who MUST have prior knowledge and experience with working the following platforms:

1. Amazon.com seller USA (Merchant & FBA)

2. Amazon.com seller Europe (Merchant & FBA)

Any other platforms are welcomed (the commodity is juice)

This individual will be responsible for (not limited to):

- Creating an inventory.

- Coming up with correct pricing.

- Replenishing inventory (sending to appropriate fulfillment centers).

- Dealing with customer requests.

- Refunds, messages, comments, reviews.

- Preparing a full report (detailed) weekly/monthly to display the progress to the supervisor.

Goals to achieve:

- Increase sales;

- Increase good reviews;

Working hours: Monday-Friday. Business is conducted in the USA from the Moscow office.

Mandatory requirements:

- knowledge of (American) English at the Advanced level.

- ability to conduct complex negotiations,

- stress resistance,

- teamwork whose members are in different countries,

- the ability to quickly learn,

- good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.

Office space is located in Moscow.
