Responsibilities
You are in charge of developing of Russian entity, supporting ongoing projects, capturing opportunities in Russia ad CIS region, generating growth, managing your profit center and creating added value on the customer scope assigned to you in accordance with the management strategy.
- Create a Sales Strategy and Business Plan together with your Manager
- Prospect and develop your customers in Russia and CIS region, coordinate actions with the different actors in the industry and open new accounts
- Manage the technical and commercial proposals for all types of Oil & Gas projects
- Prepare customer presentations and responses to calls for tenders, daily monitor ongoing operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and commercial action plans with your customers
- Analyze customers' technical and business needs in order to adapt potential offers
- Build an external and internal network relying on key interlocutors
- Manage a profit center (P&L)
- Recruit consultants
Your profile
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in the services sales in Oil & Gas or other heavy industries
- Engineering background within Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Construction industry would be an advantage
- Experience in Russia & CIS region with heavy industries clients is obligatory
- You are ambitious, autonomous, ready to take high level responsibility
- Ability to understand and challenge technical topics of clients
- You know how to create a strong and long terms relationship with the customers
- You have already an experience in management of cross-functional teams
- You speak fluently English and Russian
- French would be an advantage
