JF Hillebrand is looking for the candidates interested in the position of Operator/International Logistics Specialist.
Position General Description:
- Handle customer requests to ensure deliveries from all over the world to Russia via Riga, Latvia
- Control and handle rates/tariffs for the services in coordination with Sales Department
- Ensure all activities are planned and performed to coordinate the delivery of the customer goods in time and under the agreed cost
- Optimize the transportation solution for customers – routes, rates, services and timings
- Control the whole supply chain of the delivery from the moment of goods pick up at the country of origin up to the moment of goods delivery to Russia
- Control delivery costs and manage vendor invoices
- Daily communication with the warehouses located in Riga, Latvia
Position General Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Minimum 2 years’ of similar experience
- English (reading/translating delivery documents; E-mail communication
- Analytical skills; good both verbal and written communication
- Customer oriented and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to multi-task
- PC literacy (Excel, TMS)
