Historical leader on the rubber market, the distribution group has expanded dramatically over the years to cover such markets as coatings, adhesives, thermoplastics, lubricants, detergency, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
We are looking for sales assistance + logistic manager in Russian office.
Responsibilities:
Sales assistance part:
1.Responsible for daily sales order operation, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order; follow up the payments in time from customers, report to Sale/ Financial/General manager ;
2.Responsible for reasonable arrangement of import plan according to market conditions and inventory; Make delivery plan according to the order and inventory. Understanding of inventory, special delivery, etc. part of logistic activity
3. Update under sales manager request existed customer demand, forecast
4.Responsible for arranging space booking (for meeting room), attendance in exhibitions to support company;communicating and coordinating import details with freight forwarders, warehouses to ensure the smooth implementation of import plan; part of logistic activity;
5.Aggregation and presentation of information upon request l
6.Support and administration of daily office activity ( water order, cleaning, so on)
7.Execution of shipping documents
8.Complete other work assigned by the superior
Logistic part:
9.Documents handling – Invoices/ Export documents / Transportation documents;
10.Shipments coordination with European suppliers;
International transportation, search forwarder (transport) companies, making tenders for transportation; providing transport cost (local/international) to sales managers under request
12. Partically coordination questions related to customs clearance; preparing and submit documents to custom broker to make customs clearance; close cooperation with custom broker
13.Maintenance of the products certification process.
14.Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- English -upper intermediate;
- experience with 1С ,Microsoft office,
- Knowledge about shipping documents issuied to customer
- experience and understanding supply chain, working with forwarders and customs
-Stress resistance ,Sociability, Punctuality, wish to work with team
