Responsibilities:- Lead the Industrial Products Sales team.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to gain market share and drive profitable growth consistent with the vision, culture and pace of the company.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, including appropriate integration with other planning processes across the organization.
- Manage, plan, and execute a universally understood and adopted sales plan which ensures company financial objectives are met or exceeded.
- Set up and execute individual and team operating mechanisms aligned with the Global Commercial operating mechanisms that continuously drive the business forward, highlight challenges and identify solutions.
- Evaluate technological and financial opportunities, present recommendations with the executive leadership team by developing a keen understanding of the company culture, business goals and company strategies and establishing organizational initiatives in support of those strategies.
- Lead, develop, train and mentor the Industrial Sales team in each function while building processes to support development and career progression of internal talent.
- Foster a high performance culture in the sales team, with trust and respect, creating an environment to attract and retain top talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or technical field
- 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a direct sales capacity for a relevant industrial product portfolio, which includes such commodity chemicals like methanol, technical urea, melamine, acetic acid and its esters, chlor-alkali and derivatives, technical ammonium nitrate, liquid carbon dioxide and argon.
- Strong negotiation skills with a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial negotiations
- Demonstrated capability to build strategic customer relationships and actively identify new business opportunities
- Energetic, self-disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to business planning and a can-do make-it-happen attitude towards winning business
- International mindset, culturally sensitive and flexibility to different environments
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity in all business interactions.
- IT skills and working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of work time
