Deloitte is seeking a Manager to join the Finance & Performance group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

As a Manager, you will work with our professional team on integrated performance management projects, including methodology development and implementation for strategic and mid-term planning, budgeting, management reporting, cost management, working capital management, etc. You will be responsible for the independent delivery of project streams or leading a team on project streams of complex projects led by senior colleagues. This includes independent preparation of project deliverables while making use of your own technical knowledge and soft skills, direct negotiation with the client during project deliverables preparation and approval, team leading and coaching of junior colleagues.
The role will involve:
- Reporting to the service line leader (Finance & Performance Services)
- Participate in the F&P advisory services using your expert knowledge and innovative approaches to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to both national and international clients
- Build and apply a structured approach to ensure complete client satisfaction over the financial impact and control of their business processes
- Help CFOs with projects such as finance transformation strategy, reporting optimization, working capital optimization, treasury optimization, budgeting system development and implementation
- Design of significant part of methodology and deliverables for the projects mentioned above
- Leading teams on complex projects
- Developing junior colleagues
- Assisting managers in the pre-sale process
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting
- Advanced knowledge in budgeting and management reporting, RAS and IFRS accounting
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or working in a senior position (as a must)
- Participation in methodology development and implementation projects for budgeting and/or management accounting/reporting processes as a consultant or on the client side (as a must), including reporting templates development, logical data modeling, business process design, preparation of functional requirements, test cases for the system implementation;
- Experience in writing conceptions/ methodology (budgeting/ accounting)
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, CFA or ACCA will be a plus
- Record of achievement and rapid career progression
- Working knowledge of accounting and reporting systems (1C, Oracle essbase/HFM, SAP BW/BPC, CognosTM1) is an advantage
- Soft skills and strong interpersonal qualities – we are looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly
- Strong analytical skills, self-directed, team-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation
