• Development and optimization of the planning process for production, supply and formation of inventory based on sales forecasts;

• Monitoring the timely execution of orders for the purchase of Raw materials and excipients and delivery times;

• Optimization and increasing the efficiency of forecasting techniques for demand and supply parameters of production;

• Drawing up and monthly updating of the production plan for a 12-month period;

• Hold meetings on production planning , sales and deliveries (Demand Review / Local S&OP meetings) with other departments of the company, preparing materials, fixing agreements and monitoring their implementation;

• Net Demand Calculation;

• Capacity planning;

• Planning of APIs, excipients 0+3 months and closely work with buyers;

• Interaction with QC Lab, QA (release), Production leaders in order to control release of FG;

• Shop floor scheduling;

• Part of API Demand Review meeting;

• Coordinator and facilitator between Moscow commercial team and Production team;

• Measuring the effectiveness of forecasting production and the level of inventory through established key indicators and taking the necessary measures to improve them;

• Owner of Excel file: XX 2020 Forecast" calculator. Responsible for Net demand calculation;

• Owner of Excel file: manufacturing monthly. Responsible for production plan for upcoming months. Do split per month and week;

• Creation of charts and providing visibility to management;

• Ad-hoc analysis

• English - Intermediate/Upper-intermediate
• University degree in relevant area – Statistics, Economics, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals

• From 5 years of experience in demand planning (S&OP key role)

• Supply planning / experience of working in Pharma as a demand planner is a plus
