Are you a digital leader who leads the way through ingenious ideas and thorough execution?

This maternity cover contract will require a great balance of digital expertise and emotional intelligence as you will need to demonstrate influencing power and outstanding project management skills.

The core objectives of this role are:

• Improve LEGO E-commerce sales for omni-channel customers.
• Drive E-commerce and Digital projects to support business goals.

Core Responsibilities

Even though The LEGO Group doesn’t have any owned retail channels in Russia and CIS markets, we strive to help our partners improve our joint business. This role focuses not on promoting our own online store, but on helping our e-tail partners to build strategy and execute tactics of selling LEGO through their e-commerce sales channels.

Drive the E-commerce sales channel for strategic omni-channel customers (60%):

• Own the e-commerce part of annual LEGO business plans with the given customers.
• Develop and implement digital strategy and activation plans.
• Build and maintain a strong analytical approach to the evaluation of ROI.
• Proactively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on external sources of traffic.

Lead E-commerce projects and process (40%):

• Support flow of E-commerce data and improve its utilization in the business unit.
• Describe strategy and operational KPIs for new projects.
• Build and execute roll-out plans.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Play your part in our team succeeding

In order to support our short-term ambitions and long-term plans in Russia & CIS, the E-commerce Manager will join the sales team to strengthen our E-commerce capabilities at a strategic, tactical and operational level.

Do you have what it takes?

• University degree in Marketing or IT.
• Work experience within E-commerce, including performance marketing, project and product management.
• Strong analytical capabilities; expertise in driving online operational metrics.
• Confident user of Google Analytics (preferably with Enhanced E-commerce add-in).
• General business understanding of the key online market players: retailers, agencies, services, etc.
• Project Management and UI/UX training is a plus.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Sales or account management experience is a plus
• Agency background is advantageous
