To strengthen the local team, they are looking for a new colleague to join as a Business Support Assistant.

What challenges they offer:

Coordination and processing of customer’s requests for prices, samples, documentation, technical information.

Entering, updating and tracking project information in the project management system.
-
Preparation of presentations and sales reports for managers. Including translation of presentations from English into Russian (so, you can guess that fluency in English is critical).

Preparation of commercial offers to customers and entering this information into the database.

Coordination of customer requests with other departments, services of the company.

Assistance in preparing budget, forecast and sales reports.

Ordering samples, tracking delivery, sending samples to customers, preparation of necessary supporting documents. Work with courier services.

Preparation and execution of specifications, additional agreements to contracts.

Participation in one-time projects of the company: exhibitions, marketing research, training courses, etc.
