Principal duties:

participation in negotiations with Russian and international banks regarding financing,
organization and coordination of the process of due diligence, KYC and other procedures within cooperation with Russian and international banks,
preparation of information (memoranda, presentations, analytical notes, reports, etc.) about ongoing projects for the purpose of attracting financing, preparation of information at the request of banks,
participation in structuring of transactions to raise financing,
organization and coordination of the process to prepare financing documentation,
monitoring and control over the implementation of financial and other covenants,
analysis of financial risks, development of financial risk management policies and implementation of risk management measures,
development of insurance policy and organization of insurance support for projects,
development and implementation of bank guarantees policy for counterparty obligations, control and organization of work with bank guarantees,
participation in organization of equity financing of projects and attracting investors into ongoing projects,
preparation of internal information materials in Russian and English for management decisions.

Reporting to: Financial director

Work experience:

Total work experience of 5 years
Experience in a similar position from 2 years
Preferred experience in development / construction
Experience in attracting financing for the implementation of construction projects

Additional qualifications:

English language – fluent (mandatory)
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of legislation and regulation in the field of financing of construction projects
