Honeywell is looking for a Key Account Manager in Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics Verticals (KAM), who will be responsible for specific verticals sales development for automation identification, printing and mobility products and solutions (AIDC) of Honeywell. Key Account Manager will manage existing accounts within the region and primarily focus on developing new clients, generating demand for Honeywell products within the region.

This position entails the following job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales target achievement within the Named End User Accounts and sales growth;
  • Manage existing customers and make sure they grow share of Honeywell products;
  • Find new potential clients in Manufacturing, Transport and Logistic, develop them as Honeywell customers;
  • Convert clients from competition and grow their loyalty to Honeywell;
  • Develop demand for automation identification, printing and mobility products and solutions at all levels of clients;
  • Providing direct personal involvement in key offers with key customers.
  • Develop profitable business activities in both channels: project driven business and business through reseller network.
  • Implementing local sales initiatives in strategic target accounts.
  • Ensuring best practice and business oriented strategy, following up of ethical rules for long term profitable growth and fulfillment of the Sales goals.
  • Provide steady flow of support in the form of weekly business reports to management, as well as updates on current events in the territory;
  • Support customers’ needs within the defined Named End User Accounts by timely quoting and consulting;
  • Lead the identification, qualification, prioritization of security opportunities in the country.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's core competencies and operational capabilities to provide solutions for clients resulting in profitable growth;
  • Within the AIDC market, track competitor activities, client needs products, systems, prices, reports and recommends changes and improvements to management when appropriate;
  • Feedback of market information to office based support and marketing teams;
  • Attend and support customer events, exhibitions or other promotional activities
  • Collaborating with Customer Service and technical managers for initiatives related to technical execution of projects

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of AIDC products and solutions is a plus;
  • Experience in developing customers within the Manufacturing, Transport and Logistic verticals;
  • Basic technical knowledge allowing to sell AIDC products and solutions;
  • Experience in selling high-end market products and solutions preferably in foreign company;
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, good presentation skills, capability to convince the customer
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful sales performance, preferably in high-end market segment within a foreign company;
  • Ability to work and manage relationships with cross functional teams and across different departments;
  • Must be able to travel extensively to customer/partner sites and work with the local customer across the region;
  • Sales results oriented personality with strong communication skills, highly organized and responsible;
  • Good knowledge of English.
