We are looking for Product Manager who will be responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategy for Rx brand in the state market segment.

Main Accountabilities

Development and implementation of the brand strategies, brand plans and new brands initiatives
Lead brand forecasting process in line with corporate timetable, work with Demand Planners to ensure proper long-term forecast.
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives.
Effective project leadership and project management. Proactive participation in cross-functional project teamwork.
Ensure full compliance with the country and company legislation and regulation requirement.
Reach sales, financial and MS objectives in respect of approved investments
Full accountability for brand and delivery of all initiatives related to it.

Requirements

More than 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in state market segment is a must
Medical/Pharmaceutical/Chemistry degree preferred
Strategic thinking – strong business and customer focus
Good business/marketing acumen and analytical skills
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced English
