Job duties:

Actively participate in making offers to Distribution channel in line with product and channel strategy, participate in daily meetings with distributors during round tables as well as individual face-to-face meetings.
Support distributors in tender offerings and work with overall channel development
Plan company stock to ensure proper local availability and successful execution of projects
Order administration/processing:
Order entry onto SAP
Confirming delivery dates to partners and end-customers
Model number registration/price registrations
Communication with internal departments for delivery/order escalations, questions, order allocations
Set up new customers in coordination with the customer, key account managers and the credit control department
Solving of credit limit issues with customers
Issue of credit notes and debit notes
Order tracking or cancellation
Follow up payment/overdue issues with KAMs / customers
Communication with KAMs, customers and partners on order status
Follow up customer request
SAP report generation
Marketing activities such as development of ToughSale Club, working with PR agency, preparations of marketing events and other marketing activities (40% of time)
