Our office locations: Russia (Moscow), Latvia (Riga), Belarus (Minsk), Malta, USA (New York, San Francisco), China (Chongqing), Hong Kong, Colombia (Medellin).

Requirements:

Experience in international IT-companies or Banking;
Trademark registration in US, EU and etc.;
Understanding of international business and its needs;
Consumer and Data protection experience;
The desire to develop yourself and desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations;
Multitasking and ability to prioritize them;
Fluent English and Russian - as an advantage;
Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects is necessary;
Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Legal support of European, Russian and foreign companies;
Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.;
Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);
Legal support of M&A and R&D projects.
