The main responsibility of a content manager is to keep the most relevant information displayed on our digital channels fresh, informative, and appealing according to Squads/Teams’ needs.

Content manager is responsible for creating, writing and managing content so as to achieve business goals and be a voice for the company.

It also involves researching and interviewing targeted audience for collection of the feedback and insights. Content manager also works on identifying new content opportunities, exploring ways to repurpose existing content, monitoring website traffic, and implementing changes to the digital channel layout and content based on website analytics and usability testing.

Close, day-to-day collaboration with Digital Partners, Medical team members, Marketing managers and Squad/Team leads is expected.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in relevant field such as Russian, Communications, Marketing
Medical background/degree with previous content management experience is a plus
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role with focus on medical-related topics is an advantage
Portfolio of published articles (if there is any)
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
Excellent writing and editing skills in Russian
An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
Time-management skills
Familiarity with SEO
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy

RESPONSIBILITIES

Medical/HealthCare/Pharma-related topics in focus
Prepare well-structured drafts, according to Squads/Teams needs using available digital publishing platforms
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Coordinate content plan with external partners (HCPs, content agency, etc.)
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics by conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter
Coordinate with marketing and design teams (internal and external) to illustrate articles
Maintain and lead overall Roche Russia publish plan
