The position

In the position of the Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring commercial effectiveness by driving the integration of Commercial Effectiveness (CE) principles effectively across the Russian affiliate as well as optimisation of the resource allocation in different Business Units (BUs) across the country. You will the person, who supports decision making by providing value added insights on current market trends and dynamics in CE area and also represents the affiliate vis a vis relevant HQ functions.

You will secure effective integration of the CE processes across the affiliate.

This includes: ensuring that all BUs understand and apply CPP processes appropriately; ensuring compliance with the CE Framework and CE Fundamentals in the affiliate; supporting BUs in their tactical and strategic CE activities with a sales focus including: profiling, targeting, clustering, segmentation, territory alignment, sales force structure and deployment, target setting, operational call planning and short term incentive design;
utilising reporting systems in order to track sales performance (such as IMS Data view and Sales analyser);
ensuring effective implementation and utilisation of CRM and MCE tools; establishing the tools to track and monitor the implementation of the brand strategies in the BUs (through reports, CE assessments etc). Accordingly suggest corrective action and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Relevant academic degree in finance, economics or business administration (preferably Master’s degree).

You have excellent Russian and English verbal & written communication skills, as well as ability to communicate across cultural barriers. You have 3-5 year relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry, sales or marketing areas, with international exposure.

From the technical perspective, you have expert level of MS Office usage.

On a personal level, you are good at planning, coordinating & prioritizing activities in order to ensure optimal use of resources in the department, as well as good negotiation, communication & collaboration skills. You are strict to deadlines. You are able to relate to people in a diverse & international environment, to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. You have analytical type of thinking, attention to details and easy learning skills. You demonstrate quick problem-solving capability and ability to work in stressful situations. You are also able to be initiative, innovative and proactive, to work independently and as a part of the team.

About the department

You will report to Business Development & Intelligence Director and work closely with International managers, General Manager and Managers from other functions and departments.
