Dear applicants!
Our company Sino Services has opened a new vacancy for the position of “Account Manager's Assistant” in the Sino Legal Department responsible for legal services in China.
We are consulting agency founded in 2016 and providing a range of services for foreign companies in Hong Kong and China (company incorporation, account opening, work visas, resident permits etc).
We build our team and looking for ambitious, curious and hard worker person, who can fit in our small but very professional team. If you love China and willing to work with Chinese legal business support to serve our international clients - we will teach you all necessary skills!
Duties:
ASSISTING Account Manager on various occasions on matters related to the following processes:
- Consulting on company registration, opening bank accounts in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as other services provided;
- Assistance in the acquisition and maintenance of ready-made companies in Hong Kong and mainland China;
- Interaction with colleagues and partners in Hong Kong and China on designing the best solutions to fulfil customer needs;
- Assisting clients in preparing the necessary documents for registering a company and other services in China;
- Monitoring and control of the execution of orders, informing customers about the progress of its implementation;
- Regular interaction with colleagues from the Chinese representative office to track the status of the current projects;
- Working with presentations, preparation of commercial offers, control of payments;

Requirements:
- Perfect language communication skills in English
- Confident communication skills in Chinese (preferably HSK5 and up)
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Self-Organized
- Great communicator
- Related Experience is not required.
Conditions:
Market salary +% of completed projects; the final income level is discussed with a successful candidate for an interview based on the professional qualities of the applicant;
Standard working hours 9-18: address: m. Tulskaya (8 min walk from the metro);
