Responsibilities:

1.Reporting to the Finance Director and Business Head each month on total client account collected and account receivable outstanding by month.

2. Flag any slow payments or risk of non-payment of vendor’s to the operation team by month

3. Measure the take part into solve the dispute issue in RU local accounting billing parts and upgrade the risk whenever if occurs

4. Issue the invoices and ACT for all the cooperate sellers and raise them to the RU region TAX bureau to write off at the appropriate time according to RU laws request.

5. Provide support to the China Head Office Accountant as required.

6. Any other cross process team supporting and ad-hoc by superior

Requirements:

1. Personal qualities: honest, tenacity, diligence, strong team spirit also a self-starter, able to deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities;

2. Clear and logical thinker, strong execution and communication skills;

3. Member of CPA or equivalent with Bachelor degree in related disciplines;

4. More than 6 years relevant commercial experience and/or consulting experience in logistics firms or other related professional firms in managing business strategy, and operations;

5. Language proficiency in Russian and English.
