Role: Developer Trading Desk Bots Liquidity

Functions:

• Develop new functionality for algorithmic trading bots, connectors to liquidity pools and back-end services for trading terminal interfaces.
• Figure out and collect main metrics from bots, connectors, backend services. Maintain them and improve.
• Setup monitoring for bots, connectors, backend services in real time.
• ???????Control trading infrastructure performance, set up automatic alerts 24/7 without delays, investigate and report on incidents.
• Help other developers especially those who are less experienced.
• ???????Be effective in scrum meetings, tasks prioritization, demo, sprints setup, stand-ups, other business activities to achieve 120% of Unit goals.
• Maintain scalable high-load architecture and modular structure for all components/modules/libraries.
• Applications and services are covered with unit and integration tests 80%, stress-tested and support test environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with C# or C++ or Java.
• Good to have most of these: experience in HFT/trading bots/backoffice; Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes (k8s), LINQ, TPL; REST API, Websockets, JSON; SOLID, KISS; GIT.
