Responsibilities:

• Full PL oversee control and planning, forecasting and budgeting including long term (Adidas and Reebok, CIS).
• Scenario analysis (including ad-hoc) on different levels of PL and PL itself.
• Leading annual budget/forecast/latest estimate and 3YP plan consolidation process.
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing: transformation into IFRS (adjustments and reserves calculation and control).
• BS, CF and WC planning and forecasting, actual vs budget/forecast analysis.
• Developing cost optimization and risk mitigation actions aimed at reaching financial targets.
• Ad-hoc questions/problems/requests solving related to business/controlling/accounting area.
• Constant and close communication with all controllers, other departments of the company and their heads, global office.
• Supporting external/internal auditors during the annual audit process.
• Consulting and cost control of Ukrainian and Kazakhstan offices.
• Preparation of presentations for local management and HQ.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and mathematical,100% accuracy in all analytical commentary and reporting. In addition, candidate must have an inquisitive approach to analysis, continuously asking provoking questions, seeking additional information and challenging results when needed.
• Able to get into the details as well as see the big picture.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new systems/ methods as required.
• Excellent communications skills.
• High energy level, multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under the pressure.
• Knowledge of corporate financial analysis and IFRS. standard is a plus.
• Advanced user of MS Excel.
• Any experiences with SAP is appreciated.
• Upper-intermediate and higher level of English language.
