Our client is TOP international FMCG player is looking for experienced Project leader

The Role:

• Projects demands collection, validation of requirements with project Sponsor, defining project KPIs. Evaluation of required resources.
• Projects presentations for Steering Committee and CODI members.
• Organizing supplier selection process.
• Projects calendar plan preparation. Control of plan execution.
• Projects budget computation and control during development. Ensuring timely settlements with projects suppliers.
• Participation in projects teams definition. Coordination of team work during the project, including internal team, internal experts, external consultants, aimed to achieve project targets within given timeframe and agreed projects budget. Creation and support of single projects communication environment.
• Projects risks evaluation and management.
• Definition and arrangement of required projects informational support: issuing timely communication to all project stakeholders on the projects plan, stages, status, actual and forecasted results using appropriate communication flows.
• Organizing testing process based on business scenarios of different complexity. Evaluation of company/employees/system readiness based on test results.
• Training strategy preparation, trainings organization and control, results confirmation.
• Management of changes, coming as a result of project implementation: evaluation of scope, validation of proposed changes with stakeholders, preparation of business environment.
• Quality control, results acceptance, confirmation of readiness for GoLive.
• Projects results evaluation based on set KPIs.
• Ensuring preparation of all mandatory projects’ documents.
• Ensuring business information confidentiality
• Execute, in due time and in a proper way, the directives driven by business needs and given by the direct supervisor or an authorized superior official.
• Act in compliance with the requirements approved by the internal regulations, procedures, guidelines and policies of the Company as well as the statutory instruments of the RF, while solving any issues.
• Notify his/her superior manager of his/her own absence in due time.
• Perform his/her job duties specified in this Description in due time and in a proper way.
• Upgrade constantly his/her qualification for improving the quality of the work performed.
  
  The Candidate:

• higher education;

• knowledge of project technologies

• experince in Consulting companies on Manager\ Senior Manager Role in S&Op would be a big plus

• business English – fluency (written, oral).

• experience in forming a team, managing its activities, and monitoring the achievement of results

• experience in participating in a project team and / or managing your own projects
• effective interaction with employees and managers of other divisions of the company;
• stress tolerance, hard work, strong business acumen;
• control over the completion of tasks;
• setting priorities;
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, non-standard thinking;
• PC- excellent MS Office user (ability to work with large amounts of data);
