Droice Labs is looking for a proactive and analytical thinker to join our team in Russia in the role of an analyst. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about learning, versatile, and can thrive in an exciting startup environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders from the strategy & business development teams. You will also have extensive exposure to the product, research, and engineering teams. The primary focus of the role is to assist with the wide range of Droice’s business development activities across multiple geographies. To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and take complete project ownership.

How You will contribute

• Conducting market research and helping in establishing conversations with prospective clients

• Assisting with building business reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key information and market trends

• Preparing analytical materials (presentations, financial models etc.) and conducting meetings or presentations to share ideas and findings

• Evaluating client business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

• Delivering as a project owner and effectively communicating key information (plans, insights etc.) to cross-functional team members and management

What We are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-paced environment (preferably big-3/big-4 consulting companies, scale-up startups)

• Strong analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

• Great verbal and written presentation skills

• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results

• Ability to work in an unstructured and changing environment

• Fluent Russian and English

• Strong proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and G-suite

  applications
