You join Dassault Syst?mes and its business transformation chain in the team in charge of our large accounts sales in industry like as Energy & Materials/Mining. This role will be essential to support the growth plan by selling the 3DS value, promoting the fundamentals of the industry, and leveraging our business platform to transform customer processes through the contribution of digital.
What will your job be?
In this role, your mission will be to define, with the entire Dassault Syst?mes ecosystem, the digital transformation plan over the next 3 years, as well as to ensure complete commercial execution on a number of major strategic clients. The goal will be to identify and close new business opportunities in the assigned accounts to increase the 3DS footprint and provide a long-term revenue plan.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Define the digital transformation strategy over 3 years Manage the end-to-end sales process to achieve a revenue plan.
- Manage the organizations (Industry, Brands, Specialists) around the strategy
- Demonstrate value on targeted industry segment commitments in assigned accounts
- Maximize revenue with 3DS customers in the given sector Generate growth in priority areas based on sales initiatives defined by Brands / Industries.
- Build lasting relationships with customer managers to facilitate management access.
- Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities
- Create the appropriate pipeline to achieve the objectives.
- Manage trading with the customer by adhering to all 3DS engagement processes and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical business standards.
- Involve and manage 3DS and customer ecosystems as needed to demonstrate value
- Highlight and share knowledge (customer success references) with peers and the 3DS ecosystem

Your key success factors
With a higher education diploma (Business School or Engineering), you have:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the sale of complex software solutions to large industrial accounts
- Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Knowledge in defining the customer value roadmap Tenacity, ability to maximize sales value
- Your drive and creativity in your results experience will add value
- Your communication skills are assets that allow you to excel at negotiating and building internal and external partnerships.
- Flexibility on travel in the region for the needs of the position
- English - at least Intermediate.
