JOB DUTIES:
- Actively contribute to Caterpillar and dealer teams in the development and implementation of services growth plans, specifically in the areas of population growth, marketing & sales and digital operations, including conducting customer and dealer surveys, data collection and interpretation, market segmentation, opportunity analysis and prioritization, commercial solution design, action planning, execution and governance
- Lead various projects and initiatives involving cross-functional dealer and Caterpillar teams in support of dealer services growth plans, in the areas of marketing & sales and digital operations
- Ensure effective governance for the implementation of dealer services growth plans related to marketing & sales and digital operations through timely reporting, regular progress reviews, effective communication with participants and stakeholders and robust follow up process
- Guide and assist dealers in assessing sales & marketing coverage and Sales Funnel Management effectiveness, drive alignment on gaps and priorities, develop and implement improvement plans
- Conduct regular dealer assessment under Marketing & Sales and Digital Excellence Programs in conjunction with the Marketing & Operations Support team. Identify dealer capability gaps, support dealers in developing and implementing improvement plans for staffing, training, information systems, business processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure dealer adoption of and adherence to the most advanced Caterpillar global distribution practices and standards in marketing & sales and digital operations
- Advise dealers on an effective use of Caterpillar information systems and enable timely and consistent transfer of high-quality data from dealer business systems to Caterpillar
- Ensure dealer compliance with Caterpillar policies and procedures related to marketing & sales and digital operations. Identify gaps in dealer awareness and occurrences of non-compliance and address those through appropriate communication, training and escalation
- Support Caterpillar industry teams and dealers in designing and marketing innovative commercial solutions targeted at services growth
- Collect and analyze customer feedback related to marketing & sales and digital operations. Initiate and drive actions to ensure that Caterpillar and dealer solutions meet customer requirements and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and address issues of dealer underperformance and misalignment in a persistent, constructive and collaborative manner
- Gather dealer feedback, concerns and requests with regard to Caterpillar processes, systems, initiatives, etc., communicate them to the appropriate groups within the company and facilitate timely response and resolution
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with dealers and internal business partners at both management and operational levels
- Liaise effectively with dealers and various Caterpillar teams to drive execution of joint action plans, facilitate alignment and enhance collaboration. Be a valuable team member and a trusted advisor, provide insight and recommendations to both dealers and Caterpillar industry partners
- Stay abreast with market developments, technology changes, competitive activities, customer and dealer needs and issues, dealer operations, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of prior experience in customer and/or dealer facing assignments
- Fluent English and Russian
- Project management experience
