Role: Head of Analytics
Role Mission: Assure transparency of unit / team, process & team mate performance through real-time dashboards & insights for management decisions.

Functions:

• DBAAS : Make databases well structured, unified, fast and easy to access while safeguarding security access levels for analysts, OKRs, debugging.
• Finance : Real-time balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• User Analytics : We know which channels to scale and which conversions to increase as we know users' clusters, cohorts, channels conversions, activation, churn, referral and monetization.
• OKRs Meritocracy : OKRs are realtime on zoom backgrounds and bonuses calculated.
• Onboarding Rate : Each teammate has a score of her teamwide and unit specific tests.
• Funnels : Universal funnel analytics in data studio for Listings, Payments, Trading, HR, VCTV.
• Burnouts : Detect burnouts before they get toxic with big data of OKRs, checklists and 360.
• Risks Control : Risk policies alerts for trading and custody, reporting and investigations.
• Forensics : Leverage ML and algorithms to prevent loss of funds, KYC fraud, hacks or market manipulation.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 5+ years in analytics of high pace tech company.
• Experienced in at least 2 of 3: operations, financial and marketing/product analytics.
• Worked in trading, payments, investments/audit or blockchain company.
• Proficient in MySQL and Python to have analytics at fingertips.
• Data Science, cohort, cluster, channel, funnel analytics is a plus.
• Managed developers and can code.
• Do not tolerate lack of logic or mess, demand highest standards for clear and MICE defined roles and OKRs.
• Well articulated and can discipline teammates to articulate their roles and OKRs.
• Finalist of a regional olympiad or MIPT, MIEF, VMK, NES graduate - advantage.
• Fluent English.
