Our company needs to strengthen our Human Health direction. We invite Sales Manager in our team.
Key Tasks:
- Sales responsibility for a specific geographic area (Territory) which includes Russia and CIS on Human Health’s probiotic activities
- Responsible for all existing and new customer relationships in the Territory
- Sales Budget, Sales Estimate, Forecast and Salesforce
- Commercial agreement with customers
- Execution of HH Global and Regional strategies
- Position the company in the marketplace as the leading supplier of microbial and probiotic solutions (probiotics, HMO’s, etc) through active participation in trade associations, conferences and industry outreach
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Be the voice of the customer and the one responsible for managing the customer expectations and goals in cross-functional development activities initiated by the customer
- Responsible for organizing and handling customer meetings in a professional manner
- Secure feedback from the market and customers on global product line, marketing activities, pricing, and value chain issues
- Participate in Global and Regional sales meetings
- Participate at trade shows
Who are we looking for?
- Commercial/ technical degree
- Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably experience from the dietary supplement, and/or OTC market
- Territory experience, mainly for Russian speaking countries
- Project management experience
- Language: Russian (mother tongue) and fluent in English
- Preferable master in pharmacy or science degree
- Humble, Hungry and Emotionally Smart in line with an Ideal Team Player
- Team player who fosters teamwork across a multi-cultural organization with a sense of urgency and understanding of how to deliver full value to customers
- Positive entrepreneurial person who is able to play in a high-performing work environment and develop a sustainable business
- Excellent sales executor who has a proven ability to influence customer’s decision makers and processes effectively resulting in a privileged customer relationship
- Energetic driver who chase ambitious targets, well-organized and is able to communicate effectively both internally as well as externally
