Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a results-oriented, highly analytical and data-driven Team Leader for Payments Products with a solid knowledge of the payment industry and crypto in particular. You will work with a talented and fast growing team of Risk and Payment Operations Department.

What will you do?

• Develop and support payment products according to the general strategic line of the company
• Create a system of metrics to analyze and monitor effectiveness of our product
• Detailed analysis of our customers problems and needs in the payment domain
• Market research for best practices and new solutions for the crypto industry
• Prioritize and maintain a payment product roadmap
• Lead strategic company initiatives
• Define and improve customer journey and internal processes
• Work closely with business analysts and product designers to create business requirements for new features
• Lead the team

Key Skills Required:

• Experience as a product manager and/or experience in Fintech/Payments domains
• Experience with crypto payment systems
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in working with analytical tools (Mixpanel, Google analytics, Amplitude)
• Experience in creating metrics and dashboards
• Good understanding of software development methodology and life cycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence as a plus
• Good English knowledge (upper intermediate and higher) -- Send your CV in ENGLISH
• Russian language is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in preparing user maps, flow diagrams and prototypes
• People management experience of at least 3 years
