ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key purpose of the role - planning & control of all inventory flow to reach best mix of service, cost and working capital
Responsible for management of all supply planning processes for the supply of local and imported finished products, as well as components, raw materials and excise stamps
- Development and execution of replenishment / production plan
- Proactive control of actual demand & supply to prevent over/ out of stock and write-offs
- Capacity planning of resources, plants and warehouses, etc
- Leads the Supply Planning Review step meeting in S&OP process
- Colloboration with Analytics and Finance teams to provide stock data for P&L and Cash planning within S&OP process
- Manages the inventory policy through periodic revision of the cycle and safety stocks, etc
Monitors the key performance indicators of these processes and manages corrective actions as necessary
Supply planning related IT tools and systems superuser - to ensure proper working and further improvement
Responsible for establishing relationships with cross-function to build effective work processes
Observe opportunities and initiate changes to sustain continuous improvement process / Participation in cross-functional projects
Supply Planning team management – development, motivation, rotation and hiring

ABOUT YOU:

Intensive planning experience in 3+ years within large russian and multinational companies
Outstanding inventory management theoretical base and practical experience - approaches, models, variables, etc
Data analytics & calculations excellent capabilities
Supply Chain concepts understanding and how Planning fit in
Good business acumen, understanding of P&L and Cash statements desired
Record of successful optimizations
S&OP process knowledge & practical experience
MS Office & Excel expert
SAP & Anaplan working knowledge as advantage
Strong communication & presentation skills
High motivation for improvement
