Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of the changes in the tax legislation

-Tax consulting and advisory on business transactions, methodological support of the finance and business teams.

-Preparation of written and oral advices, explanatory notes on tax matters Tax risks assessment, tax risks matrix update

-Control over tax calculation, tax returns review and coordinate tax returns submission to the tax authorities

- Contracts review

-Interaction with the tax authorities during the tax audits (preparing responses to the tax authorities requests, collection and control over the provision of information in response to the tax authorities' requests), reconciliation with the tax authorities

-Coordination with accounting team in supporting the work of accountants, classifying and summarizing transactions in accordance with tax legislation requirements

-Coordinate vendors approval procedures

Requirements:

Higher education in finance, tax Strong knowledge of Russian tax legislation, administrative and court practice
Good knowledge of international taxation issues (application of Double tax treaties, concept of permanent establishment, beneficial owner of income)
General knowledge of RAS
Strong knowledge of Transfer pricing regulations is a plus
Experience in taxes calculating, filling out tax returns, maintaining tax registers
Relevant experience at similar positions with multinational companies in TMT sector and / or "Big Four" experience no less than 3 years.
"Big Four" experience is a plus.
Tax accounting automation experience
Fluent oral and written English is a must
Experienced user of MS Office, 1C, SAP
Strong communication skills
Strong research skills
Ability to work independently in multitask mode.
