Job Duties:

• Drafting and monitoring all the contracts (pre and post award phases) for the current and future projects of the company
• Creating conditions and principles for contract making policies, according to the types of contracts that the company makes (partnership, contracting, subcontracting, purchasing, leasing, service contracts);
• Examining all contract proposals of each project , determining of the contractual risks and reporting accordingly;
• Supervise the fulfillment of the rights and obligations in the agreement;
• Managing, evaluating warranty period demands and negotiating of a new claims;
• Controlling the taking necessary actions about the claims, which can be met with the contracts.
• Regular reports on progress / delays / critical areas to Top Management of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education - Preferably in construction management, engineering or a closely related field
• 15 years of professional experience
• Advance level of English languages is a must
• Forward-thinking communicator who has experience in successfully influencing internal and external partners at all levels, across all functions and with varied and global perspectives
• Robust track record of delivering creative and effective results
• Energetic, astute leader who can excel in a demanding work environment.
• Additional: Experienced in big international institutional companies contract departments – knows FIDIC
• Strong knowledge’s of Russian standard’s and regulations
