Duties:

Prepare and control PSI for timely goods order from factories

Control of delivery plans, communication with the sales department and timely notice of the dates for new orders

Prepare product order for the factory, check prices, control shipping deadlines

Documents checking from factories, revision if necessary

Prepare documents for Customs Authorities

Customs clearance control - lead time, solve possible issues

Control the workflow of brokers, transport companies, prepare instructions, reporting, KPI

Bidding support (import / export / domestic and international transport auto/air/sea and railway transport)

New delivery projects support

Data processing: goods receipt posting, data entry for accounting of supplied goods

Maintain and development the inbound report format (Tracing Report, Volume, KPI etc.)

Communication with warehouses, control unloading process, matching the optimal route of delivery to customers

Inbound abnormal cost control - claims to factories for damaged \ missing goods

"Transportation service providers tenders and monitoring the

land freight rates to select the most effective

freight rate for international transportation.

- Study the product, provided by KAM, prepare calculation,

plan and implement the effective option for import.

-Cooperation with broker, transportation providers and related Authorities.

- Communicating with the potential customers to meet the forecast available from our stock delivery in time.

- Initiate commercial offers, draw up and conclude contracts

with new partner organizations, clients and suppliers.

-Customer invoicing (documents preparation in accordance with the RF law).

- Organizing local transportation.

- Perform logistics duties.

- Verification document-flow of import procedures (contract, invoice, Pl, CMR, TIR, BL, CO, CQ,

EX A, veterinary certificate, specification).

-Other issues related with logistic if necessary.
