WeLoveNocode helps founders and companies launch products 10x faster and 10x more affordably with the power of no-code. We have recently raised a Seed round from Nik Davidov and Liberman brothers, and as a business, we are growing at a rapid pace. We are an awesome international remote-based team, working together to build a brilliant company!

We're also building our own WeLoveNocode Academy that can turn a person into a nocode developer just in a few months. It's a great way to launch IT career and get hired by us. Academy currently operates in Russia and LATAM.

We are looking for the Head of Academy who will build and manage the Academy's team while leading its growth with a goal to reach $100k MRR on Russian and English-speaking markets.

What You'll Do:

Lead all product and growth initiatives at WeLoveNoCode Academy
Hire and manage Academy team including product, marketing, and sales roles
Increase lead/subscription conversion of academy.welovenocode.com
Test different funnels, acquisition channels, and offers to find the best ones for scaling
Lead scaling strategy for each market
Improve our Unit economics
Grow Academy's product line

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience managing teams, projects, and implementing organizational processes in Edtech
Successful budget management cases ($50k minimum) - Successful revenue scaling cases
Solid experience in hiring and people management (10+ people teams)
Ability to drive a product development life cycle - Proven analytical skills and structural thinking
Strong understanding of digital and b2c marketing
Strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced English - Experience working with international teams is a plus
