Your mission:

The Legal Intern will work alongside an international team of 10 lawyers based in Moscow, Kiev and Paris. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to multiple legal topics in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and internationally: regulatory, contracts, intellectual property, compliance, etc.

Your activities and projects:

• Legal research, population of legal knowledge database and preparing regulatory updates
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts
• Contributing to set-up of reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation
• Handling requests from users and authorities
• Ensuring the follow-up of pre-litigation / litigation
• Advising all teams of BlaBlaCar on various subjects (consumer protection, advertising, regulatory, privacy, contracts, IP, competition, digital law etc)

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• You are in your final year of bachelor studies in law or currently studying for master’s degree, ideally in digital law
• Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken)
• Prior internship experience in an international company working with cross-disciplinary teams is a plus
• You are structured, organized, motivated and result-oriented
• You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
• You are proactive and able to move projects forward
