Job responsibilities:

• Serving as the first contact to the Customer Care Center people and to the related functions (Sales, Logistics, Finance, and others) as adviser and issue solver;
• Design and optimization of the current ERP processes related to Sales and Sales Support;
• Project implementation: Electronic Document Flow.

Skills and competencies:

• Higher Education (preferably Technical or IT)
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP (SD, MM and FI modules)
• Required experience in projects (as a project leader as an advantage)
• Working knowledge of Sales & Logistics
• Autonomous with a constant view of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  Excellent personal communication, team work and organizational skills
