Multinational company with a wide range of consumer electronics products

• analysis of sales statistics, inventory, commodity flows, external factors in order to calculate and provide the supplier (mother company - manufacturer) with an optimal sales forecast for the future period: 1000+ SKUs
• timely placement of orders to the supplier according to the schedule, tracking the delivery time to the Central Warehouse, adjusting the forecast to the supplier;
• maintaining and updating the database of articles for the assigned group;
• constant interaction with related departments: sales - daily (peak season) & weekly updates, warehouse, external logistics, marketing, customer service, pricing, etc.;
• interaction with local suppliers;
• informing colleagues and partners about the delivery time of goods, replacements, blocks, etc.;
• participation in the optimization of internal business processes;
• preparation of analytical reports

Requirements:

• higher education (economics, logistics);
• At least 3 years of work experience as an inventory planner;
• confident user of MS Office: Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic mathematical and logical formulas), Word, Power Point, Outlook;
• experience in SAP: modules SD, MM, APO;
• English level intermediate+ i.e. spoken needed
• preparation of analytical reports;
• analysis of articles for liquidity and turnover;
• application of ABC-XYZ analysis
