McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced Visual Design Team Lead to join our Visual Graphics & Media team in Moscow office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Design or other closely related indutries
• At least 1 year of experience in managing a team (5+)
• Advanced skills at least in one of the specific fields (e.g., Illustration, Motion, 3D)
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in Russian
• Good knowledge of English (B1+)
• Solid Projects Portfolio as Team Lead
• Exceptional customer focus and the willingness to go the extra mile
• A good grounding in general knowledge and ability to present complex issues in a clear and compelling way
• Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
• Strong process focus and drive for results
• Ability to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
• Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
• Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement.
