Job location: Podolsk (Klimovsk)

Key responsibilities:

1. Interaction with the customs broker and customs authorities

Coordinates the work of the customs broker in the customs clearance process.

Takes part in negotiations with representatives of customs in order to increase the speed of customs clearance of goods under the current legislation.

2. Timely Customs clearance process

- Is responsible for providing a set of documents for customs with the purpose of timely customs clearance in accordance with internal procedures, requirements of legislation and accounting rules.

- Accept import invoices in accounting system, informs the warehouse about goods arrival for the timely unloading and receipt of goods to the warehouse.

- Assesses possible risks when in process of customs clearance.

- Calculates the amount of customs payments for timely customs clearance.

3. Consulting on a wide range of issues relating foreign trade activities and customs clearance rules

- Informs all interested parties about changes in requirements within the process of customs clearance and foreign economic activity in general, in order to ensure unimpeded delivery of goods and compliance with the requirements of legislation

4. Certification

Gets the necessary permits in the territory of the customs union.

5. Reporting and Statistics

- In accordance with internal procedures prepares reports on a permanent basis, or at the request of the manager

6. Analytical work for customs clearance operations optimization, improvement of services and work of DC.

Required Skills/Experience:

Skills:

Knowledge of Russian legislation in Foreign Economic Activities, rules of state regulation and customs regulations.

Professional verbal and written communications with internal and external parties.

Good level of English language is required.

Education/Experience:

Educated to degree level and experience in issues of Foreign Economic Activities
