An international Petrochemical company is looking for a Senior CAPEX Controller / Manager of control and support of the investment process (CAPEX)

Job responsibilities:

• Organization of the budget process at production sites for the preparation of the investment budget;

• Organization of preparation and analysis of CAPEX management reports, identification of areas for business development;

• Verification of the validity of investment plans;

• Preparation of strategic models;

• Preparation of information on one-time requests of TOP management.

• Work experience in the Management Companies of the extractive sector;

• Required knowledge: project technology, budget process, budget limits, cost analysis, economic calculations and their methods;

• Skills in preparing monthly analytical reports and notes, management reports;

• Financial supervision of several projects.

• Preparation of monthly reports (P&L, BS, CF and so on).

• Development of report framework to facilitate managerial decisions

• Analysis of business performance/ad-hoc analysis, opex/capex control.

• Control over financial position of the projects.

• Investment project assessment: actual vs budget, profitability analysis, PRE and POST Capex analysis.

• Preparation of different managerial reports.

• Implementation of the system of internal control.

• Risk management. Interaction with upper management. Business partnering.

Additional requirements:
