International company EVYAP of such brands as DURU, ARKO Men, FAX opens a position Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Personal Wash Brands (FAX and ActiveX)
• Effectively implement annual business plans covering marketing activities, contribution and market share objectives for assigned brands
• Develop & implement marketing activations, including Digital and In-store support
• New product development: supervision of assigned NPD projects with cross-functional teams
• Continuously monitor and evaluate performance vs KPIs for assigned brands and market, recommend remedy actions where appropriate
• Full market analytics and consumer insights lead (Nielsen, internal sales system) to find marketing insights, gaps and opportunities and propose actions/projects to fulfill them and improve performance
• Create and maintain effective communication with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders
• P&L / price & promo strategy control for assigned brands
• Demand planning & control for assigned brands
• Budget control, incl. working/non-working split
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in brand marketing in multinational FMCG company
• Good leadership and ownership skills / cross-functional projects leading
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in brand communication development
• Experience in running several projects simultaneously, multitasking and personal agility
• Higher education (marketing, economics is a plus)
• English – above upper-intermediate
