Main job purpose:

Drive improvement programmes and projects that optimise service delivery and cost within Area CS&L and the broader integrated supply chain. Drive best practice on process efficiency and drive continuous improvement throughout the CS&L function and across the CS&L towers (Plan, Customer, Log Ops)

This will be achieved by working with the CS&L teams, our wider supply chain, finance, RD&Q & commercial functions to manage to the relevant company standards, agreed performance measures and establish development objectives to improve.

Responsibilities:

Project manage a program of projects with the objective of driving area and MEU service and cost metrics to best in class e.g. productivity, systems changes, efficiency projects, process enhancements
Delivery of step–change projects in line with the overall MEU and Process Tower agenda to deliver productivities for the area and track progress through MEU governance tools e.g. VOLT, Clarizen
Work with the senior Area CS&L team to achieve business objectives across MEU and identify projects where the E2E resource and focus can support the delivery of those objectives
Work closely with the EE Customer Innovation Manager & Customer Collaboration to support delivery of customer driven projects delivering productivities and efficiencies, through utilization of the toolkits in place e.g. customer segmentation, MOQ tracking, cost to serve
Drive best practice on process excellence, capability and continuous improvement across the CS&L function and across MEU by working with the Customer Innovation, Log Ops CI and Plan CI Managers

Requirements:

University degree
Specialist in at least 1 of the following disciplines : Lean6 Sigma ,Warehousing & Distribution, Data Analysis, CS&L Cost drivers
3 yrs Integrated SC experience in and FMCG environment, working within sales also a benefit
Extensive Project Management experience
Technical knowledge of SAP useful (within CS&L)
