Senior Consultant, Tax Dispute Resolution Group, Tax and Legal Department

What we do

In our Tax Dispute Resolution Group we help our clients to mitigate the negative tax consequences that a company may face in various circumstances, and our specialists accomplish this by both developing detailed defense strategies and presenting them to the court and tax authorities in a tactically effective way.

Responsibilities

Participation in the following assignments:
Assistance to companies during tax audits and prior to litigation;
Representation of the company’s interests during the tax litigation process;
Advising the client company regarding cooperation with government authorities in respect of tax legislation application
Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

Higher education (degree preferably in Law, Taxation or Economics)
Excellent knowledge of tax legislation
Good understanding of tax litigation procedures
Fluent English and Russian
Good organizational and teamwork skills
Strong analytical skills
Attention to details
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
Stress resistance
Good presentation skills
