Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of license agreements supporting licensing, merchandising and production teams;

• Draft and maintain form license agreements, production agreements, services agreements and other;

• Advice Production, Distribution, Licensing and other teams on a wide range legal issues presented by a third party relationships;

• Review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence and other legal documents;

• Overseeing the company’s global IP rights, including cease and desist letters, open source, monitor and protection;

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Intellectual property law;

• Overall broad legal knowledge (corporate law, litigations, labor law, etc);

• Well-versed in how business operate with financial acumen;

• Strong knowledge of Russian legislation;

• Basic knowledge of corporate law of England and Wales - as a plus;

• The testing task related to the job will be provided for the applicants.
